Nissan Rogue Rock Creek
The Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a Nissan Rogue Rock Creek or a similar vehicle (ARV $40,000) and a $20,000 cash award/check (collectively, the “Prize”). The Prize will be conveyed to the Winner “AS IS,” subject to manufacturers warranty. The winner will be able to pick up the Prize at a car dealership determined by Sponsor within 100 miles of Winner’s home address within ten weeks of the Winner being contacted and approved by the Sponsor or Administrator. The Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. The Winner will be required to pick up the Prize at a Nissan dealership within 100 miles of Winner’s home address; delivery of the Prize is not available.
