One (1) prize (“Prize”): Choice of either one (1) new Ford F-150 or $50,000 USD cash. Verifiable retail value of Prize: $50,000 USD. All taxes on the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Official Winner. No transfer of the Prize permitted. The winner can choose to have the prize redeemed for a cash value of $50,000. No Prize substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, who may award a prize of equal or greater value. By entering the Sweepstakes, you warrant that you have read and agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and you warrant that you are not prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. You agree that Sponsor retains full authority, in its sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules and further agree to be bound by all decisions and interpretations made in good faith by Sponsor. Sponsor shall have the absolute right to determine, without notice to the person attempting to enter, if an Entry is in compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the individual associated with the email address provided to Sponsor with the entry.
