One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Winner") will win: the Full Throttle for Wishes Giveaway. The prize includes (i) an F-150 Roush Nitemare loaded with features including (a) Roush supercharger 705 bhp / ~635 lb-ft torque when supercharged; (b) 5.0 L V8 (standard F-150 engine); (c) lowered suspension: approx. –3 inches front / –5 inches rear compared to stock F-150; (d) 22-inch gloss black Roush wheels with Continental ExtremeContact DWS-06 Plus All Season Tires; (e) slotted brake rotors and performance braking hardware for enhanced stopping power; and (f) styling upgrades including blacked-out grille with integrated amber lighting, hood heat extractors, exclusive "Nitemare" badging, and serialized hood & tailgate badges (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $78,665); (the "Sweepstakes Prize"). If Sweepstakes Winner resides within a 160-mile radius of the vehicle location, they will be responsible for picking up the vehicle. If the winner resides outside of that radius, Prize Provider will arrange for delivery of the vehicle at no cost to the Sweepstakes Winner, provided the delivery address is within the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. Proof of address will be required. No delivery will be made to locations outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. or D.C. The Sweepstakes Winner is solely responsible for possessing any necessary license, insurance, or documentation required to operate the vehicle, as well as for any costs not expressly covered herein, including but not limited to: (i) title and license fees, (ii) insurance and registration fees, and (iii) any applicable income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize.
