One Grand Prize – winner’s choice of either (A) a modified 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera S valued at approximately $75,000, and $25,000 cash* to help offset any potential tax liability (collectively the “Vehicle Prize”) or (B) $80,000 cash* (the “Cash Prize”). Maximum prize value is $100,000. Actual ARV may vary based on exchange rates at the time a prize is fulfilled. The Grand Prize winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of a prize at the time the prize is awarded. *Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check issued in the verified winner’s name. For cash prize fulfillment purposes, potential winner must have a bank account at an institution to which Sponsor’s U.S. bank is permitted and willing to transfer funds, directly or through correspondent bank relationships. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable licensing, insurance, title and registration fees and any other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to costs incurred by winner related to the acceptance, pickup/transport or use of a prize. If winner is a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, winner must agree to pick up Vehicle Prize at a Sponsor-specified location in within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor; failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Winner must possess required travel documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, passport, visa), as applicable. If winner is a resident of a country outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Sponsor will work with winner to facilitate delivery of the Vehicle Prize within a reasonable time, as determined solely by the Sponsor. Winner must have a valid driver’s license which permits operation of prize vehicle in the winner’s country/state/province/territory of residence and evidence of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery. In the event winner is unable to take delivery of the prize vehicle, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, where lawful, at its sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage or theft to the prize after taking delivery/obtaining ownership, and Sponsor will have no obligation to replace it.
