GMC Canyon Elevation 4×4
Only open to legal residents of IL, IN, KY, MO, TN who are 21+. One Prize is available. The “prize” is one Black 2026 GMC Canyon Elevation 4×4. Approximate Retail Value of the Truck is Forty-six Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-six Dollars and Eighty Cents USD. Marion Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac will retain possession of the Truck and its title. Hucks will maintain insurance coverage until the Prize Winner has officially claimed the Truck and completed all required paperwork with the Dealer. The Prize Winner will not be provided possession or the keys to the Truck until the official title has been transferred and all paperwork is complete. An additional cash prize will be awarded to the Prize Winner to cover the sales tax due upon transfer of ownership of the Truck from the Dealer to the Prize Winner. The cash prize will be determined based on the Illinois Department of Revenue’s Illinois Private Party Vehicle Use Tax. Based on the Truck’s estimated value at ownership transfer, the cash prize could range from Two Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and No Cents to Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents. If the cash prize does not fulfill the Prize Winner’s sales tax obligations, then the Prize Winner acknowledges the Prize Winner will be required to pay the difference. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other taxes resulting from winning the Prize. Prize value is determined based on market rates at the time of promotion planning and are subject to change without notice. In the event of an increase in the cost of the Truck, the total Prize value may be adjusted accordingly.
