2026 Golf GTI
One (1) 2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn (the “Vehicle”) Prize. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of Vehicle, excluding license, registration and destination & handling charges is $42,480. Sponsor will provide $11,500 in the form of a check. The Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 in February 2027 for the total combined value of the prize expense and tax allowance received. Vehicle Prize ARV: $53,985. If the actual value of the Vehicle Prize is less than the ARV or MSRP stated herein, the Winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. The depiction of the Vehicle in any advertising, promotional materials or displays may not reflect the actual Vehicle that Winner will receive. Sponsor will determine all features of Vehicle, including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by Winner. Winner must be a U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of valid U.S. driver’s license and legally-required insurance at time of delivery (or an alternative winner shall be selected if applicable and the original Winner’s rights to the Vehicle shall be automatically forfeited). Winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with Vehicle. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the Vehicle Prize provided pursuant to the Promotion and/or any person’s participation in the Promotion; provided, however, that Volkswagen shall be solely responsible for any express-written limited warranties specifically set forth in the applicable Owner’s Literature for the Vehicle. Winner is responsible for all taxes and other costs and fees associated with Vehicle receipt and/or use not specified herein as being awarded. Winner may not sell Vehicle back to any authorized Sponsor dealership. In the event Sponsor discovers that Winner has sold the Vehicle to an authorized Sponsor dealership, Sponsor reserves the right to request payment from Winner for the total MSRP. No Vehicle substitution or cash redemption of Vehicle is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the Vehicle Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. However, if the Vehicle is awarded but is unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, Prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
