BMW X5///M COMPETITION
One Grand Prize Winner will win a BMW X5///M Competition X-Drive. The winner must be at least 18 Years Old. Have a Valid Drivers License. Be a legal resident of the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec). The Grand Prize Winner must agree to visit the Sponsors specified Irvine, CA (the “Location”) within 30 days after validation.” In addition, the Winner understands and agrees that the Prize ceremony be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any Prize ceremony video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air transportation carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage and/or personal property. The Winner must possess required travel documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, passport), as applicable. The Winner must have a valid driver’s license which permits operation of Prize vehicle in the Winner’s state of residence and evidence of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery. Any costs associated with registration and licensing of the automobile is the sole responsibility of the Winner. All other expenses associated with Prizeacceptance or usage not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize vehicle will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. The Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize offered in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. If the cash only prize option is selectedthe cash is paid out over 12 months. Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, and/or counties/municipalities. The Winner is responsible to check their state/county for applicable emissions requirements and safety inspection requirements prior to accepting the Prize and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations.
