GRAND PRIZE of a modified 2024 BMW G87 M2 (VIN # 3MF13DM05R8E83658) or SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($60,000.00) (“Prize”). The interior and exterior color and condition displayed in the videos/photos may differ from the actual Prize. The winner of the Prize (“Winner”) must possess automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license prior to receiving the Prize and provide a copy to Hunt & Co. Any costs associated with registration, taxes and licensing of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No cash, other Prize substitution or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Hunt & Co, who reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value. The Prize has no warranty and not portrayed in any specific condition. All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Hunt & Co, Sweepstakes Entities and all affiliates, including TJ Hunt, to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner understands and agrees that the entire Sweepstakes will be videotaped and photographed. Rights to any Prize ceremony video and/or photo belong solely to Hunt & Co and can be used in any media at Hunt & Co’s sole discretion. Winner agrees to be videotaped and photographed with the Prize in any manner as Hunt & Co, in its sole discretion, chooses. The Winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with standard winner publicity. If the Winner declines media participation, Hunt & Co may withhold publicity use but may not withhold the Prize.The Prize may not meet local vehicle legal regulations, including passing emissions testing, in certain areas, Hunt & Co, Sweepstakes Entities, and affiliates are not responsible to ensure the Prize complies with any regulations. Winner is responsible for reviewing standards for operation of a vehicle in their state and local laws before accepting the Prize and shall be solely responsible and liable that the Prize complies with all legal regulations in Winner’s location.
