There is one (1) grand prize available. Subject to a minimum of $250,000 in donation proceeds received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Prize is a 2025 Ford F150 - RAPTOR - R (approximate value of $114,250) (“Prize”). In the event less than $250,000 in donation proceeds are received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Sponsor will award 25% of the total donation proceeds to the qualified selected winner. As used herein, the term “total donation proceeds” means the gross proceeds received by the Sponsor from donations for Entries in the Sweepstakes. The determination by the Sponsor will be binding in all events other than a manifest error made by the Sponsor in the computation of the gross donations of the Sweepstakes. Prizes identified, logos, brands and other trademarks referred to herein are the property of their respective trademark holders. All non-stated features of the Prize are in Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability, including without limitation color, design, and sizing. All expenses and costs not expressly listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the verified Prize winner. Prize winner will be responsible for all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the Prize. Prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by Prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize, in whole or in part, for one of equal or greater value. All federal, state, provincial, municipal, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of Prize winner.
