Ford Bronco Badlands
The Prize consists of one (1) 2026 standard Ford® Bronco® Badlands® (the "Vehicle") with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP") of $48,890.00. The Vehicle depicted on any promotional materials does not reflect the actual Vehicle being awarded. The Vehicle does not include a Dew-branded wrap. Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in February of 2027 reporting the value of the Sweepstakes Prize. Winner is advised to consult their tax advisor prior to executing the Prize Affidavit and accepting the Prize to ensure they understand any tax implications that may affect them. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs related to acceptance and use of the Prize. Such expenses include but are not limited to title, registration, destination charges, acquisition fees, license, insurance costs, sales tax, federal, state, and local income tax, and other fees. MSRP based on Winner's choice of Shadow Black, Oxford White, or Carbonized Gray Metallic paint, with 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 Engine, 7-speed manual transmission, and Badlands® Standard Package (331A). If applicable, the Winner is solely responsible for any costs associated with options or upgrades not included in the Standard Package. The MSRP is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace, based on, among other things, any gap between the date the MSRP is estimated for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and the date the Prize is awarded. If the actual Vehicle cost is less than the MSRP stated herein, the Winner will not be entitled to a check, cash, or other form of payment for the price difference. The Winner must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and will be required to show proof of insurance prior to taking delivery of the Vehicle. Vehicle delivery will be coordinated with the Winner at a dealership within a reasonable distance of the Winner's residence, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors or their designees. The Winner shall be personally responsible for taking delivery of the Vehicle. The Winner shall be solely responsible for all travel or transportation costs to and from the dealership. The Winner must personally retrieve the Vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for delays in the delivery of any Vehicle. Sweepstakes Entities shall use all reasonable efforts to have the Vehicle delivered within ten (10) weeks of the date the Winner selects their Vehicle. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for delays in the availability of the Vehicle. The Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the Owner's Guide, which shall run for the term set forth in said Owner's Guide. The Winner cannot transfer, substitute, or redeem the Prize for cash. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at Sponsors' sole discretion.
