One (1) winner (“Prize Winner'') will receive (i) one (1) 2024 Ford® F150, having a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price of approximately Eighty thousand and 0/100 Dollars ($80,000) and Fifty thousand and 0/100 U.S. Dollars ($50,000) to be awarded as a check (collectively, the “Grand Prize''.) The vehicle options for the Grand Prize will be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Prize Winner will be solely responsible for: any additional equipment, title, vehicle registration fee, dealer documentation fee, license delivery, dealer prep, freight, emissions inspection, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with receipt and use of the prize vehicles (collectively, “Transaction Fees”). Any additional vehicle options will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Additionally, the Prize Winner will be solely responsible and liable for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including, without limitation, sales tax(es) and income tax(es) (collectively, “Taxes”). While the Grand Prize’s cash award of Fifty thousand and 0/100 U.S. Dollars ($50,000) may be applied towards, Sponsor makes no representation or warranty as to the amounts of any Transaction Fees or Taxes, including whether the total of all Transaction Fees and Taxes will be more or less than Fifty thousand and 0/100 U.S. Dollars ($50,000). Prize Winner shall be solely responsible for insuring the vehicle, and for payment of all associated Transaction Fees and Taxes. The maximum total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the One hundred and thirty thousand and 0/100 U.S. Dollars ($130,000).
