One (1) 2026 Ford Mustang® EcoBoost (“Grand Prize” or Vehicle”). Grand Prize will consist of (1) 2026 Ford Mustang® EcoBoost presented to winner via delivery after receiving signed Affidavit on or around December 1, 2026, with drop-off location determined in RSM’s sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a 2026 Ford Mustang® EcoBoost is $32,640.00. Grand Prize winner will receive (1) 2026 Ford Mustang® EcoBoost, with all features, color, engine, mileage, and body style determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential winner must claim prize within seventy-two (72) hours of initial RSM contact to receive potential prize. ARV of Ford Mustang® EcoBoost is as of date of printing of these Official Rules. The difference in value as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded in cash. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, as specified by Sponsor and listed at: www.ford.com. Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize winner. Color, package, factory options, and other specifics to be determined by Sponsor, and are subject to availability. Winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, failure to show same may result in Grand Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, dealer preparation, applicable taxes or fees, destination and handling charges, and other fees associated with automobile, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner may be required to take delivery of Vehicle from a designated authorized dealer within thirty (30) days after the date the Vehicle is delivered to the specified designated dealer, or the Vehicle may (in Sponsor's sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the Grand Prize winner. Otherwise, Grand Prize will be delivered directly to Grand Prize winner from Sponsor at a location and on a date selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Except as stated in the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Vehicle, none of Sponsor or any other person associated with the manufacture, distribution, development and execution of this Giveaway and its prize(s), or any of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive. The Grand Prize winner must provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before the Grand Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash, credit, equivalents or other substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes (or any part of prizes) for a prize (or part of prize) of equal or greater value, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Grand Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize provider’s rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the winner with his or her prize(s), the Sponsor may elect to provide winners with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any car that is lost, misplaced, stolen, unclaimed, or unused. The ARV of prize to be awarded in this Giveaway is $32,640.00. If a prize is unclaimed, it will not be awarded. Income and all other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize(s) they receive, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize. A 1099 form will be issued. The ARV of the Grand Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Grand Prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If the Grand Prize winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Giveaway Entities and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the Grand Prize. No more than the stated prize(s) will be awarded.
