The "Grand Prize” is a 2026 Nissan Kicks SR, with a Manufacturer’s Suggest Retail Price (“MSRP”) of $30,250 (the “Vehicle”) and includes Sponsor’s payment of estimated sales tax, state, local, and dealership fees, title, and registration. Additionally, if the Bonus Code assigned to the Grand Prize winner matches the randomly selected Bonus Code, the Grand Prize winner will also receive their choice of (a) Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($500,000 USD) paid in a lump sum, or (b) One Million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000 USD) fulfilled as a fixed-period annuity with a 40-year term (the “Bonus Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vehicle prize is $35,695, based on estimated sales tax, but actual value may vary based on the winner’s jurisdiction or residence. Any difference between the stated ARV of the Vehicle and the actual value of the Vehicle delivered will not be awarded to the winner. The combined ARV of the Grand Prize and Bonus Prize is up to $1,035,695. Any use of the term “Grand Prize” hereinafter will be used to include the Vehicle awarded as the Grand Prize and the Bonus Prize, if awarded as set forth herein.
