One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won, consisting of a modified 2011 BMW M3 valued at approximately $60,000, and $25,000 cash* to help offset any potential tax liability (collectively the “Grand Prize”). Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $85,000 USD. Actual ARV may vary based on exchange rates at the time a prize is fulfilled. The Grand Prize winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of a prize at the time the prize is awarded. *Cash prize will be awarded in the form of a check issued in the verified winner’s name. For cash prize fulfillment purposes, potential winner must have a bank account at an institution to which Sponsor’s U.S. bank is permitted and willing to transfer funds, directly or through correspondent bank relationships.Grand Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, country, provincial and local taxes/duties and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein. The value of the prize may be taxable as income; if the Grand Prize winner is a resident of the U.S., the winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total value of the prize, as stated herein; if the Grand Prize winner resides outside of the U.S., a W8-BEN form may be requested. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If there is any restriction to receiving a prize in the country of the winner, an alternate prize may be provided. Grand Prize winner is advised to seek independent tax counsel regarding the implications of accepting a prize.
