Participants may enter one time per giveaway event, unless otherwise stated. One entry may be submitted during the official entry period as specified in the promotion. To be eligible to win, entrants must meet the requirements outlined in these official rules and regulations. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter or win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Except as otherwise stated, no substitutions or exchanges will be allowed. No cash value. No modifications or upgrades are permitted. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If required by law, RNR Tire Express will issue a 1099 tax form for any prize with a retail value of $600 or more. Winners may be required to complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to receiving their prize. If the giveaway is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, RNR Tire Express reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the giveaway and, if applicable, select a winner via random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation.
