Jeep Wrangler
One (1) Grand Prize – A 2026 Jeep Wrangler (“Vehicle”), a FIJI Water custom-branded YETI TUNDRA cooler and, a one (1) year supply of FIJI water (awarded in the form of an electronic code coupon), and a check for $11,580.00 to help offset tax obligations. ARV: $51,005.00. The Vehicle specifications will be determined by Sponsor, at its sole discretion. The actual Vehicle awarded may not be exactly as pictured in the Promotion materials. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any Vehicle title and registration fees, any additional features, upgrades, or options to the Vehicle. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, failure to show same may result in Sweepstakes Grand Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. Sponsor will ensure the title transfer of the Vehicle will occur to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner upon acceptance of delivery of the Vehicle, which must take place no later than forty-five (45) days after Administrators’ receipt of the completed and signed Prize Release documents. Sponsor will deliver the Vehicle directly to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner's residence. Upon accepting delivery and transfer of title of the Vehicle to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that neither Sponsor, Administrator, nor any other person associated with the distribution, development and execution of this Promotion and the Vehicle, or any of its respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or the actual fair market value of the Vehicle. Any warranties on the Vehicle are solely provided by the manufacturer. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Sweepstakes Grand Prize (including but not limited to, any taxes, title and registration fees, and any extended warranty, if offered to and accepted by the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner) not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. Selection of specific Vehicle (including the make, model, color, and options) will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Use of the Grand Prize is at the prize Winner’s sole risk. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must accept the Grand Prize as stated by Sponsor, or the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between the actual value of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.
