Ferrari 308 GTS Eurospec
The prize is a vintage 1984 Ferrari 308 equipped with a trunk espresso machine (the “Vehicle”) and a “lifetime supply” of Graffeo coffee. The Vehicle has approximately 58,000 miles. Alternatively, the winner may choose to receive a cash substitution of Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($30,800.00 USD) in lieu of the Vehicle (the “Cash Alternative”). Regardless of if the Vehicle or Cash Alternative is selected, the prize will also include the lifetime supply of Graffeo coffee. “Lifetime supply” is calculated as 1 pound/month for twenty (20) years based on current retail value of $26.00 per pound. Coffee will be delivered to a U.S. address (U.S. states and D.C. only; no U.S. territories, possessions, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders) upon winner request via the Graffeo subscription program at a monthly cadence, up to 1 pound per month. The ability to request coffee expires 20 years after acceptance of the prize. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the lifetime supply of Graffeo coffee is $6,240. The ARV of the Vehicle is $78,000. The total ARV of the prize is up to $84,240 and depends on if the Vehicle or Cash Alternative is selected.
