One (1) Grand Prize of a 2017 BMW F80 M3. ARV: $55,000 USD. Plus $10,000 USD cash (the “Grand Prize”) Total value of the Grand Prize (vehicle/cash): $65,000. The cash portion of the prize will be awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, as determined by Sponsor at time of award. All prizes will be awarded in USD. Winner will be solely responsible for any federal, provincial, state and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance of Grand Prize not specified as paid by Sponsor herein, including licensing, insurance, title and registration fees, taxes, costs incurred by winner related to the acceptance, or use of the Grand Prize. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income and winner, if a U.S. resident, will receive an IRS form 1099 (Canadian residents will receive a 1042-S form) for the total value of the Grand Prize as stated herein for the tax year in which they actually take delivery of the Grand Prize. Winner must agree to pick up the Grand Prize at a Sponsor-specified location within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor; failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause the Grand Prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner will be responsible for all aspects of operating the Grand Prize. Winner will need to show valid photo identification to Sponsor to prove they are the winner. Winner may need to have evidence of legally required insurance, if required by their state (or province) of residence, prior to taking delivery of prize, and may be required to provide proof of such documentation, as well as taxpayer identification numbers, prior to being confirmed as winner.
