Hybrid Honda
One (1) 2026 Honda Hybrid vehicle to be selected by Winner from the following Honda Hybrid vehicles (each, a “Vehicle”): 2026 CR‑V Hybrid (Approximate retail value (“ARV”): USD $42,550.00), 2026 Prelude Hybrid (ARV: USD $42,500.00), 2026 Civic Hybrid (ARV: USD $32,395.00), 2026 Accord Hybrid (ARV: USD $39,495.00) Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Winner. Package, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Color may be selected from the options available. Other than the manufacturer's limited warranty, Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver's license and insurance to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the Vehicle, applicable taxes as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the Vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be provided instructions to obtain the Vehicle at a Honda dealership to be determined by Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notification that the designated dealership has received vehicle, or the prize will be forfeited. As a model year progresses, changes may occur in some of the specifications, features, optional equipment and pricing. The manufacturer reserves the right to make such changes. Optional equipment may vary by region. Delivery of the Vehicle to the dealership is subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer manufacturing, production and delivery schedules. Prize Supplier reserves the right to substitute the vehicle with a comparable model of equal value, at its sole discretion. Maximum ARV of Sweepstakes Prize available: up to USD $42,550.00
