There is one (1) prize available in the Promotion, as further outlined below (“Prize”). The Prize consists of one (1) 1994 Lexus LS400, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $69,716.25, and Twenty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and Sixty-Nine Cents ($25,400.69) in cash, to be delivered via ACH deposit. The total ARV of the Prize is $95,116.94. The 1994 Lexus LS400 features a 4.0L V8 engine, automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive, approximately 83,797 miles, and a clean title. The vehicle has been professionally serviced and includes cosmetic and audio modifications such as a custom removable vinyl wrap, 3D-printed trim, custom upholstery, arcade-inspired controls, modified factory wheels, and new tires. The engine, transmission, chassis, ride height, suspension geometry, structure, seat belts, and airbags remain factory. The vehicle is awarded as-is, where-is. The cash portion of the prize is unrestricted and may be used at the winner’s sole discretion. Sponsor anticipates that the cash portion may assist with costs associated with acceptance, ownership, and use of the vehicle, including, without limitation, taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, warranties, and other related expenses; however, the winner is not required to use the cash portion for any particular purpose.
