One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a custom 2025 Ford F-150 XLT 4×4 with an advertised approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100,000. Sponsor may provide the advertised $50,000 cash alternative instead of the vehicle if permitted by applicable law. The prize will not be reduced merely because the Promotion generates less revenue than anticipated. The vehicle is awarded as presented and subject to applicable title, registration, transfer, and manufacturer requirements. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and for title, registration, licensing, insurance, inspection, transportation, and other costs associated with accepting or using the prize, except as expressly stated or required by law. The final vehicle description will accurately reflect the vehicle actually awarded. The potential winner will be contacted using the information supplied at entry. Sponsor may announce the potential winner during the livestream and may attempt contact by telephone, email, and/or other reasonable means. The potential winner shall have forty-eight (48) consecutive hours from the time the initial winner notification is sent by Sponsor to respond and begin the prize-claim process. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the 48-hour period, declines the prize, fails to provide required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner to the extent permitted by law and select an alternate potential winner using the same random procedure. Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery or transfer after verification and completion of required documentation. Winner is responsible for applicable title, registration, licensing, insurance, and tax requirements. Sponsor may require the winner to take possession at a designated location or arrange transportation at the winner’s expense unless otherwise stated.
