Buffalo Bills Ford Bronco
The Sweepstakes winner will receive a customized Buffalo Bills 2023 Ford Bronco (collectively, the “Prize”). The Prize will be procured, administered, and distributed by Sponsor. The total maximum retail value of the Prize is $65,000 USD. Actual value may vary based on shipping and handling. The winner will not receive cash value or any other form of compensation. No Prize transfer. No other Prize substitution, except at Sponsor sole discretion due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. The Prize vehicle may be used by Sponsor and/or its designees for promotional, marketing, and display purposes during the Entry period, including but not limited to transportation to events, and promotional tours throughout the United States. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that such promotional use may result in mileage accumulation, cosmetic wear, or other ordinary and reasonable use of the Prize vehicle prior to award. Such ordinary wear and tear, mileage accumulation, cosmetic imperfections, or similar conditions resulting from promotional use shall not constitute a defect or grounds for substitutions, replacement, or compensation of any kind. The Prize vehicle will be awarded “as is” and “with all faults.” Sponsor makes no representation, warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Prize vehicle. Acceptance of the Prize vehicle constitutes the winner’s acknowledgement that Sponsor has satisfied all Prize obligations and that the winner releases Sponsor, its affiliates, office, employees, and agents from any and all claims relating to the condition, use, mileage, or wear of the Prize vehicle. In the event the Prize vehicle becomes damaged, destroyed, rendered unavailable, or materially altered due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prior to the awarding of the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right, it its sole discretion to: (i) repair the Prize vehicle prior to awarding it, (ii) substitute a Prize of equal or greater value, or (ii) award the Prize vehicle in its current condition. All taxes (including without limitation Federal, state and local taxes) in connection with the Prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize winner shall sign and return an IRS W-9 form within the time period specified by Sponsor, and such winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 issued in his/her name for the actual value of prizes received if required by law.
