Dodge Ram America 250
Winner will receive a 2026 Dodge Ram America 250 (Base Model featuring standard equipment) (the “Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $65,000. Prize must be redeemed within three (3) months from Promotion Period (no later than October 31, 2026) and is not transferrable. Prize consists only of the item listed and is non-transferable. ARV is as of date of drafting these Official Rules. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification/award, if any, will not be awarded. Once a Winner is selected, Texas Roadhouse will purchase Prize from Stellantis N.V., subject to the terms set forth herein. Winner must take delivery of Prize from the Dodge automobile dealership designated by Stellantis N.V.. Stellantis N.V. shall use its best efforts, however, to select a dealership that is close to Winner’s primary residence. Prize will be available with standard equipment for the 2026 Dodge Ram America 250 (available in red, white, or blue paint color, as designated by Stellantis N.V.; any upgrades and options, including, but not limited to, additional feature, or any trim level above the Base Model are at the sole expense of Winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics are subject to availability. Texas Roadhouse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require the winner to select Prize from available dealer stock. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to Prize after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. Winner will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the collection and use of Prize, including but not limited to, optional equipment, freight and dealer prep, title, license, insurance, registration fees, applicable taxes and any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting Prize. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of Winner. Winner must personally retrieve Prize within 30 days of written notification of delivery. Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license from his or her State or place of residence in the United States and proof of insurance to take delivery of Prize; noncompliance may result in forfeiture of prize.
