Jeep Compass
The Grand Prize consists of either (a) one (1) Jeep® Compass Limited 4x4 (the “Vehicle Prize”) together with one (1) Camino YETI® cooler, one (1) Camino picnic blanket, one (1) Camino KAVU® bag, and one (1) Camino water bottle (collectively, the “Grand Prize Package”), or (b) at the verified winner’s option, a $30,000 cash prize together with one (1) Camino YETI® cooler, one (1) Camino picnic blanket, one (1) Camino KAVU® bag, and one (1) Camino water bottle (collectively the “Cash Alternative Package”). The Vehicle Prize and Cash Alternative are collectively referred to herein as the “Grand Prize.” Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $35,245 for the Vehicle Prize and approximately $470 for the additional Grand Prize Package items, for a total ARV of up to $35,715 if the Vehicle Prize option is selected; or $30,000 and approximately $470 if the Cash Alternative is selected, for a total ARV of $30,470. The Vehicle Prize is subject to availability and may vary based on the winner’s location and dealership inventory. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for delays, changes in availability, or increases in vehicle pricing. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable. The Sponsor retains sole discretion over all vehicle specifications, features, color, and options. The actual vehicle awarded may differ from images used in Sweepstakes materials. The ARV of the Vehicle Prize does not include sales tax (which, depending on jurisdiction, may be substantial on a prize of this value), or fees to obtain title and tags, which are the sole responsibility of the winner and must be paid prior to taking possession of the Vehicle Prize. The winner must be a properly licensed driver and must present a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance before taking possession of the Vehicle Prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and selection of an alternate winner. The winner must take possession of the Vehicle Prize within sixty (60) days of such winner being confirmed as the winner, following eligibility verification. Sponsor or Administrator will arrange for vehicle delivery or pickup, at Sponsor’s discretion. If the winner elects the Vehicle Prize, the winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades, or options not expressly included. The Vehicle Prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor, Administrator, or any of their respective affiliates, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty for the vehicle would be as provided by the manufacturer. The vehicle in the Vehicle Prize is considered a “new” vehicle. If the winner elects the Cash Alternative, no vehicle will be awarded, and the Cash Alternative will be issued in lieu of the Vehicle Prize. The Vehicle Prize and the Cash Alternative may not both be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, title, license, registration, insurance, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance, claiming or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
